Your tier depends on what you spend on products in a calendar year, after discounts and returns. It applies from your next order and stays yours for the whole following year too.

How you use your points

20 points are worth €1

Create the discount code on the product page and enter it at checkout: you'll also find it in your account.

The code works only on full-price products, up to 10% of their total in your cart. It can be used once, only with your account, and can't be combined with other discounts.

What is the Ski Sises Club?

It's the Ski Sises loyalty programme: your orders earn you points, which you turn into discount codes on full-price products. Club points and benefits apply only to online purchases on skisises.com, not in our Biella shop.

How do I join?

Create your account or sign in with your email. The club is linked to your account: points build up on the orders placed with that email.

I'm already a customer: do I need to sign up again?

No. Sign in with the email you use for your orders: paid orders since the start of the year already count. The 200 second-order points are for new customers, with their first order.

How do I earn points?

With every paid order you get 3% to 5% of what you spend on products back in points, depending on your tier, on sale items too. You also get 200 points with your first order, 60 points when you save your date of birth, 200 points for alerts and offers on WhatsApp and 60 points for each way you follow us: Instagram, Google and Shop. For each published review of a product you bought you get 100 points, up to 5 reviews a year. You get 200 points the first time you save the sizes of garments you own. You get 60 points when you answer the style questionnaire.

How do I get the points for following you?

Sign in and, on this page, tap Follow for Instagram (@skisises and @skisises_outdoors) or Shop, or Add on Google for preferred sources: 60 points for each, once only, ready to use.

When can I use the points from an order?

14 days after payment. If you cancel the order or return an item, that order's points are removed.

What are the tiers?

Member for everyone, Club from €250, Select from €500 and Icon from €900 spent in the year. The higher your tier, the more points you get: from 3% to 5% of what you spend. The tier you reach stays yours for the whole following year too.

What do I get for my birthday?

A 15% code on full-price products, if you have saved your date of birth on this page or on the Ski Sises Club page of your account. It arrives by email 15 days before your birthday and is valid until 15 days after; on your birthday we write to wish you a happy birthday. You can use it once, ordering with your email address, and it cannot be combined with other discounts.

What can I do with my points?

You turn them into a discount code from €5 to €30: 20 points are worth €1. The code works on full-price products, up to 10% of their total in your cart.

Where do I see my points?

On the Ski Sises Club page of your account: available and pending points, your tier, how much is left to the next one, when your points expire, your discount codes and your activity. We also write to you when you move up a tier and, if you receive our emails, 30 and 7 days before your points expire.

Can I use the code with other discounts?

No. The code can't be combined with other codes or discounts and doesn't apply to sale items, outlet items or gift cards.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points last 12 months from when they become usable, second-order points 90 days. A discount code expires with the points you used to create it.

Can the Club's rules change?

Yes: we announce every change on this page at least 30 days before it applies. The points you have already earned stay valid on the terms you earned them on.
