Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship only within the European Union, via GLS. "Europe" is not the "European Union": we do not ship to non-EU destinations.
Do you ship to Switzerland, the UK, Norway or the USA?
No. We ship exclusively to EU countries, so Switzerland (including Lugano), the UK, Norway, Iceland, Monaco, the USA and any other non-EU country are not served.
How much does shipping cost?
Italy: €5.90 — free over €50. Rest of the EU: €9.90–€20.00 depending on the country. Calculated automatically at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your parcel the same day. GLS delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in Italy; a little longer elsewhere in the EU.
How do I track my order?
You receive an email with the tracking link when your order ships, and can follow it in your account under Orders.
Will a December order arrive before Christmas?
Couriers don't deliver on 24–26 December, so the last delivery day is usually 23 December. For the EU outside Italy, order by around 15 December. Holiday delivery times depend on the courier and can't be guaranteed.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?
15 days from delivery (statutory withdrawal is 14 days). Items must be unused and intact, with tags and original packaging.
How do I return an order from abroad?
With our courier (GLS): we email you the GLS international returns portal link to book a pickup or drop-off (cost deducted from the refund). On your own: ship it with any courier, marking the documents "returned goods" to avoid customs charges, and share the tracking.

Original outbound shipping, if paid by the customer, is not refunded.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 working days of approval, to the original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Simply return the item and place a new order for the size you want.
