📦 When will it arrive?

We pack your parcel the same day your order reaches us (yes, even on Sundays!).

Our trusted courier GLS collects parcels Monday to Friday in the afternoon. Delivery times:

• Italy: 1–4 working days for orders under €50, 2–6 from €50
• Rest of Europe: 2–6 working days
• Cyprus, Greece, Latvia, Malta and the Canary Islands: 4–9 working days

Little spoiler: if you order in the morning, your amazing order could arrive the very next day! 🚀

🌍 Where do you ship and how does it work?

We ship throughout Europe with our partner GLS.

As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email with the tracking of your parcel.

GLS will contact you to confirm the delivery and bring your order to you safely.

💰 How much does shipping cost?

• Italy: €5,99 — free from €50

Europe*, by order value:

* Except Cyprus, Latvia, Malta and the Canary Islands: €100 per order, whatever the amount.

Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

🔎 How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking link.
