In our Biella workshop we prepare and service alpine skis, touring skis, snowboards and cross-country skis with professional machinery and the craftsmanship of a family that has worked with snow since 1925.
Base grinding, edge sharpening with custom angles, stone structure and hot waxing: every job is designed to give you equipment that is fast, safe and ready for the slope.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers on timing, work and collecting your equipment.
How long does a full service take?
It depends on the workload and the condition of the equipment. As a rule it is best to bring your skis in early in the week to have them ready for the weekend. For urgent jobs, message us on WhatsApp and we will check times and availability together.
Do I need to book or can I just come in?
You can come straight to the shop without booking. In high season we recommend letting us know first via WhatsApp or phone, so we can organise the work and reduce waiting times.
Can I request specific race angles and structure?
Yes. On the complete service we set custom angles and structure. Tell us your discipline and usual snow conditions and we will recommend the best configuration.
Do you repair deep scratches or base damage?
We assess case by case. Depending on the damage we carry out dedicated repairs before grinding. You can also send us a photo on WhatsApp for an initial opinion.
